Description

Panel One: Next Day. Cal walks out of his home, a Tudor-style building with a sign on it that reads "Silly Goose Soap". He's carrying a suitcase. "This should be the last of it." Doc is looking at a clipboard. "Good," she says, "The cleanup crew will put the rest in storage for you."

Panel Two: Cal prepares to toss his suitcase into a cart. He asks, "Oh, doctor? What happened to my pajamas?" Doc checks her pocketwatch. "The clothes you were wearing yesterday?" "Yeah."

Panel Three: Doc answers casually, "Oh, we burned those." Cal is shocked. "What? Why?"

Panel Four: Doc explains to a horrified Cal. "You started spitting blood after fighting with Matt."

Panel Five: Doc continues, with a slight sneer, "It got everywhere." Cal is confused. "Is - Is that normal?"

Panel Six: Doc puts her hand on her hip. "No. Not at all. We're going to have a talk about that."

Cal always asks the important questions, even if he doesn't really want the answer.

In Issue 2 news, I'm finished the writing, and it's four pages longer than this one! And here I was thinking this one would be a long one. I'm still working hard on finishing the issue in time for the con. It'll be a tight crunch, but with my 3D backgrounds ready to go, at least I won't have to worry too much about those. Anyway, we'll see what happens!
