Panel One: Tall, open panel. Full-body shot of DJ in most of his fencing gear. DJ's wearing a white, long-sleeved mock turtleneck shirt that reaches to his thigh, and white pants with his usual tall black boots. Over his shirt is a black double-wrapped sword belt, with silver fittings and a fancy scrollwork pattern. He has black leather gauntlets with steel armor plating on the wrists, back of the hand, and over his knuckles, like what the other students wear. He has on a shiny steel breastplate that covers half of his torso, and on top of that a steel gorget. His gorget is mostly plain, except for the collar part. On the front, right over his throat, is a shiny gold plaque with a bit of decorative engraving on either side. The plaque reads "Johannes". DJ's sword is also shiny, with a sparkling gold swept hilt and bright steel blade. DJ is smiling to himself as he runs a blue cloth over the blade, checking for any nicks or burrs. His hair is pulled back with his usual blue headband. The background is full of sparkles, mist, and a swirl of pink cherry blossom petals.

Panel Two: Profile shot of DJ as he lunges forward. We can see his back, and the black straps that hold his armor on. His hair is flying and his brow furrowed with concentration, but he's still smiling. Cal thinks, "Whoa..."

Panel Three: Head and shoulders shot of Cal and he looks down at DJ, surprised. He thinks, "He's... Smiling."

Panel Four: Low angle shot of DJ at the full extent of his lunge. His looks very confident and heroic, with his sword thrusting upwards and his hair flowing behind him. He's smiling to himself. Cal's thoughts continue, "He looks like -"

Panel Five: Medium shot of Zane and and Cal and they both lean on the railing. The pouring rain is visible outside the window behind them. "Eh...? Fencers, am I right?" asks Zane, as he leans over to bump his arm against Cal's. Zane has a sly look on his face. Cal is looking away from Zane, trying unsuccessfully to hide the blush on his face. "Maybe a little," Cal admits. SFX: bump

Panel Six: Chibi Zane and Cal. Zane is slumped over the railing with an annoyed squiggle above his head, and Cal looks surprised with a question mark near his. Word balloons crowd the top of the frame. They read: "Hi~i, DJ!" "EEEEE!" "Ohmigawd, he's so hot!" "I know!" Zane says, his words small, "There they are..."
