Description

Panel One: A corner of the stables. There's a bulletin board on the wall, a tall milk canister, and some tools leaning in the corner. Under the bulletin board is a wooden crate turned on its side, and four kittens are in front of it. Two are playing, one is napping, and the last is idly watching a bug. On top of the crate, on a bit of fabric, is a black and white tuxedo cat. Royce is leaning over the cat, and is giving her a nose boop. "Hi, Clove! Can we see your babies?" they ask.

Panel Two: Royce is now holding Clove, the mama cat. Cal is walking forward, his hand at his face. Cal says quietly, "*gasp!* They're so cute!" DJ is kneeling in front of the kittens, with his hand out to left them sniff at him. The solid gray one has come forward to greet him. "Hey, babies, " he says.

Panel Three: A wide panel, with a soft, sparkly background. One the left is DJ from Cal's point of view. He's smiling and offering the gray kitten to Cal/the viewer. He has a wide smile as he says, "Here!" On the right side of the panel is Cal and the kitten, still in DJ's hands. He looks uncertain as the kitten sniffs at his fingers. "A-Are you sure?" he asks. "It's okay," DJ says, "I know you won't hurt him."

Panel Four: Cal pets the kitten while DJ holds it. He's laughing while DJ looks on, a soft smile on his face. SFX: "Haha!"

Panel Five: The kitten lets out a big "Miaow!" Cal jumps. "Oh!"

Panel Six: DJ asks Cal, "Do you want to hold him?" "Can I?" Cal asks, with a big smile on his face. The frame has a cute background full of cartoon paw prints.
