Description

Panel One: Cal and DJ are walking down a hallway. Cal is now wearing a green button-down shirt with three thin dark green vertical stripes going down the front. There's a vine pattern in the stripes, and there's a glimpse of a gold necklace through the open collar. DJ has his school bag over his shoulder and is wearing his uniform and cloak, as usual. DJ has his hand near his face in a pleased gesture while he says, smiling, "You know, I think it worked! I feel a lot better about this." DJ has bright sparkly effects around him, and Cal is smiling at him.

Panel Two: Close-up of a sign hanging from a scrolling wrought-iron fixture attached to a stone wall. It reads, in large letters, "STUDY HALL".

Panel Three: A wide shot of the study hall. There are rows of long tables separated by bookcases on one half. We can just see a comfy couch and chair, along with more bookshelves, past the bookcase in the middle of the frame. Two students can be seen chatting as they work. One, a girl, is seated at the table with a notebook, and the other, a boy, is just behind her getting a book off of the shelf.

Panel Four: Open panel shot of Fern, partially covering the previous panel's view of the study hall. She is seated at a table with four chairs around it. There's an open book and notebook on the table, along with a pencil case and a stack of books. Her backpack, which has a pale floral pattern on it, is on the chair next to her. She is wearing pink capris with white ribbon details and a sleeveless mock turtleneck top with ruffles at the neck and shoulders. She has an oval brooch with a teal gem in it at the top of the neck ruffles. Her arms and legs are crossed in a visibly annoyed manner, and she is glaring at the viewer/Cal and DJ. "You're late," she says.

Building that study hall too longer than I thoguht it would! At least I won't have to do it again, and DJ got to relax.... If only for a little while.
