Panel One: Cal, Farn and DJ are in the boys' room. Cal is hanging his hat on his bedpost while he looks at DJ and says, "Something's wrong..." Fern is looking around the room, her face curious, and DJ is taking off his hat and satchel. He looks slightly angry or perhaps annoyed.

Panel Two: The three of them, with DJ in the foreground. Cal and Fern and behind him, one on each side. DJ is unpinning his cloak clasp as he glares towards Cal. He looks mad. "Damn right something's wrong," he says. Cal and Fern can't see his face, so aren't reacting ot his expression.

Panel Three: Extreme closeup of DJ's angry eye as he turns. "Fern and I are the best students in the whole school," he says.

Panel Four: Fern, DJ and Cal, from the side, in that order. Fern is behind DJ, and looks scared, with her hand at her face. DJ is looming over Cal, glaring at him and pointing as he asks, the word balloon black with white letters, "How the hell did you get it right?!" Cal is glaring right back at DJ, clearly not intimidated by him.
