Panel One: Shot from behind Ian as he stands up from his seat on the couch. "My turn," he says, "I have a question for you, Mr. Martinez." The group at the table are looking at him, and Cal's setting down his cup of tea. "Okay," says Cal.

Panel Two: Ian flips open a small notebook (SFX: fwip!)and is reaching into his breast pocket for something. His glare hasn't left as he asks, "Did anything strange happen before the outbreak?"

Panel Three: Shot from behind Cal. Ian is standing behind Mrs. Navares, with a pencil in his hand and now wearing half-moon style, silver-rimmed reading glasses. Cal looks off and puts his hand to his mouth and says, "I don't think so?" "Hmm..." Ian muses.

Panel Four: Closeup of Ian, with some surprise marks around his face as Cal says, from off-panel, "Well, there was one thing..." Ian looks interested, now.

Panel Five: Closeup of Cal as he continues, "But it was... After everything happened."

Panel Six: Shot of Cal and Dr. King. Cal's got his head in his right hand, with his fingers clawed into his hair as he tries to remember. "I think I saw a guy?" he says. Dr. King, in the foreground, looks apologetic as she explains, "Cal was delirious. It was probably just Matt, the nurse."

Panel Seven: Side view of Ian as he scribbles furiously in his notebook. The background is a dark, lined gradient, and he's covered in a dark filter. The frame has an ominous mood. Cal says, from off-panel, "Yeah, sorry, I know, it's just... It's all I can think of."
