Description
The framing of the page is made up from cutout sections of the dartboard. There are two regular frames at the bottom.

Panel One: Head and shoulders shot of DJ looking off-panel as he leans on the back of his chair. He asks Cal, "Did you start the homework, yet?"
Panel Two: Head and shoulders shot of Cal from the POV of the dartboard. He's getting ready to throw a dart, and his forward hand is blurry from the perspective. "No," he says, "Why does that matter?"
Panel Three: Cal's dart sticks in the boad, close to the bullseye. SFX: >STIK<
Panel Four: Closeup of DJ's extended hand as he throws a scalpel. "Our next unit is on muscles..." he says, "And it starts with connective tissues."
Panel Five: DJ's scalpel hits the bullseye in the middle of the board separating the panels. SFX: >THUNK!< The effect bleeds over the next cutout section, which is a closeup of Cal's eye in profile as he gets an idea. The background of that panel is a burst effect, and there are two exclamation marks next to his face.
Panel Six: An anatomy textbook laying on Cal's desk, with his shadow falling over it. "DJ, you're a genius!" he says.
Panel Seven: Cal looks over the now open book with a wide smile on his face. "Found it!" he says.

Bullseye!
I decided to try something different with the layout on this one! It was fun to do, but a bit of a challenge to cut up for the mobile version.
It's Ren Faire season here, so updates will be late as I work hard to keep my stock of wares up! October is when our busy season ends, so things should calm down around here.
See you soon!
