Panel One: Semi-above shot of DJ. He has a confused expression on his face as he says, "Wait! I never told you my last name."
Panel Two: Cal is sitting up, coughing, and he taps at DJ's cloak clasp. There is an inset that shows more detail of the silver clasp. It's engraved with the name "Johannes". SFX: >cough< >cough< >cough< >tap< >tap< From off-panel, DJ says, "Oh, yeah."
Panel Three: Low angle from DJ's level. He is in profile, while Cal is behind him. Cal is sitting up and looking at DJ while he gestures and asks, "So, who is he? Your uncle?" DJ has his hands behind his head and is glaring at the sky. "He's my dad," he answers.
Panel Four: Cal is shocked and exclaims, "He's your dad?!" "Yep," DJ says, from off-panel.
Panel Five: Semi-above shot of the two of them. Cal has a hand by his face and says, "Oooh. No wonder everyone's been acting all weird about things." DJ is still looking at the sky, except now he looks somewhat resigned.

The only thing worse than being a teacher's kid; being the headmaster's kid! If you scroll back, I've put DJ's name on the clasp almost every time we see it.
I have survived another season of the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival! I am still plague-free! Huzzah! And can you believe that there's only a few more pages left of this issue before we get to Issue 4?! I can't! But I am off to do the post-Faire cleaning, which mostly involves piles and piles of garb laundry. Wish me luck.
